Durham, especially downtown Durham, is a hip, young, vibrant part of the Triangle. Downtown Durham is going through it’s own reinvigoration at the moment. The Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC) hosts all of the Broadway-style shows in the Triangle and has really put Durham on the world map. The Durham Bulls Ballpark (minor league baseball) is a very big draw as well. The American Tobacco Campus next to the ballpark is the home of the Burt’s Bees world headquarters and has some very cool restaurants and innovation space for entrepreneurs.
