Our initial meeting is a critical piece of your home buying journey. It lets us establish your needs and wants while setting priorities for size, location, style, features, etc. This insight allows me to create a customized home search that works for you.
Whether we look at one or ten homes, submitting an offer requires a strategy based on knowledge and expertise of the market. You can feel confident that with my negotiating skills we will present a strong, competitive offer.
Once we are under contract, I will keep you up-to-date on everything that needs to happen leading up to and at closing.
